Clean rooms with a comfy bed and friendly staff.
The hotel lacks traditional amenities and even basic services like hot water. Our room had poor lighting, making it difficult to get ready at night. The lack of air conditioning and ventilation made the stay uncomfortable, especially with no options for fresh air.

During my stay, I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed. It was a great location to access various attractions like Chapultepec Park and the nearby restaurants and bars in Zona Rosa. However, the lack of traditional hotel amenities was noticeable, and the noise from the street made it a bit challenging to sleep at times. Overall, it was a decent stay for someone wanting to explore the area without needing a lot of extras.

I almost gave Casa Raffaello a good review, but I just couldn't, the shower had barely a drippy stream of water, how romantic. The staff were unhelpful, I mean, really, where was my welcome gift? I would’ve expected to be treated like royalty as a guest. No decency whatsoever, next time I'll stick to 5-star hotels, thank you.

Perfect for solo adventures!
Spent 6 nights in a deluxe double room with a balcony, and it was super clean and comfy! The staff was on point 24/7, helping out with everything I needed. Loved chillin' outside in the dining area. Just wish the wifi was a bit faster, but honestly, it’s a great spot in Zona Rosa, easy walk to parks and lots of places to eat.

It was just a fine choice for a weekend adventure in Mexico City with good value. I appreciated the nice, comfy bed that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Bring a power bank, as there weren't many outlets available for charging devices.
